*The cooler, box, and gel packs are $12 for each new order. We do not accept returned coolers for credit. There is NO box/cooler fee for dehydrated treats.

*We offer shipping nationwide. Prices vary depending on location. Dry ice fees apply for all non-Texas orders.

*Email us your order, full name, phone number, and shipping address. The downladable price list is located at the top of this page.

*When you email an order, you will receive confirmation of availability, total for order, and estimated shipping date.

*All of our food is made to order, so please allow 7-10 days to process and ship your food. When you are getting low on food, make sure you email us, so we can have enough time to ship your next order. We ONLY ship our raw food on Mondays.

* Items will be shipped via FedEx. Items may arrive refrigerator temperature. It is completely safe to thaw and re-freeze.

*We will send the invoice through PayPal. You can pay with a credit card via PayPal.
